TrueSky shows an illustrated weather forecast for a place you choose. It has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking across apps or websites.
Who is responsible
The controller of personal data in TrueSky is Mateusz Śliwa, Poland, the developer of the app. Contact: sliwa.mateo@gmail.com.
What leaves your device, and why

Like any internet request, these services also receive your IP address. See the Open-Meteo terms, the RevenueCat privacy policy and the Apple privacy policy.
TrueSky does not store your GPS position; it keeps only the place you select.
Stored on your device only
The selected place, the last downloaded forecast (for offline use) and your settings (language, units, landscape, sound, notification choices). Deleting the app deletes them.
Notifications
Weather alerts (rain, storm, frost, heat) are created on your device from the forecast for your selected place and shown as local notifications. There is no push server. You can turn alerts off in the app or in the system settings.
Payments
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. TrueSky never receives your payment details. The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Legal basis and your rights
The data above is used only to provide the features you ask for: search, the forecast and TrueSky Pro (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Your current position is used only if you allow location access (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw that in the iPhone Settings at any time.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. I don't hold data that identifies you by name. To ask about your purchase records at RevenueCat, or to have them deleted, write to the address above. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
Children
TrueSky is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data.

TrueSky pokazuje ilustrowaną prognozę pogody dla wybranego miejsca. Nie ma kont użytkowników, reklam, analityki ani śledzenia między aplikacjami i stronami.

Co opuszcza urządzenie: tekst wyszukiwania miasta (Open-Meteo Geocoding), współrzędne wybranego miejsca (Open-Meteo Forecast), bieżąca pozycja (tylko po udzieleniu zgody na lokalizację) do systemowego geokodera Apple w celu podania nazwy miasta, anonimowy identyfikator i potwierdzenia zakupów (RevenueCat, Apple). Usługi te widzą również adres IP, jak przy każdym połączeniu.
Tylko na urządzeniu: wybrane miejsce, ostatnio pobrana prognoza (do pracy offline) i ustawienia. Usunięcie aplikacji usuwa te dane. Pozycja GPS nie jest zapisywana.
Powiadomienia o deszczu, burzy, mrozie i upale są tworzone lokalnie na urządzeniu; nie ma serwera push. Można je wyłączyć w ustawieniach aplikacji lub systemu.
Płatności obsługuje Apple; TrueSky nie otrzymuje danych płatniczych. Subskrypcja miesięczna odnawia się automatycznie, dopóki nie zostanie anulowana w ustawieniach konta App Store co najmniej 24 godziny przed końcem okresu.
Podstawa prawna i Twoje prawa: dane są używane tylko do funkcji, o które prosisz: wyszukiwania, prognozy i TrueSky Pro (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO). Bieżąca pozycja jest używana tylko za Twoją zgodą na lokalizację (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a), którą możesz w każdej chwili cofnąć w Ustawieniach iPhone'a. Masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania i usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, sprzeciwu i przenoszenia danych. Nie przechowuję danych, które identyfikują Cię z imienia i nazwiska. W sprawie historii zakupów w RevenueCat albo jej usunięcia napisz na adres powyżej. Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
